About Us


Welcome to Soul Circle Yoga!
My yoga journey began in the early 2000’s with an on-site yoga class offered by my employer. I immediately pursued more opportunities to practice yoga and for community engagement. As I continued to explore various forms of yoga and meditation classes over the years, I rarely encountered other Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) or inclusive offerings for different body types and abilities. A deep desire to share the benefits of yoga and meditation with underrepresented/underserved people and communities led me to The Yoga Center Retreat (YCR) Teacher Training Program. My training includes 230-HR yoga teacher training (YTT), Chair YTT, Restorative YTT, Yoga for All teacher training and Meditation teacher training. I continue to actively work to provide opportunities for different body types, abilities and ethnicities to have equal access to practice yoga and meditation in safe and nurturing environments reflective of the collective global community.

Series and Workshops

Yoga and meditation series and workshops guided by Natalie Jones

In this four-part online series, you will explore The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom (A Toltec Wisdom Book) by Don Miguel Ruiz.
You will discuss how these agreements act as a set of tools to help set you free from unnecessary suffering and bring more happiness. The format of each session will allow you to engage with the material through discussion, conversation and yoga.


One agreement will be discussed each week as follows:

  • Week One: Be impeccable with your word

  • Week Two: Don’t take anything personally

  • Week Three: Don’t make assumptions

  • Week Four: Always do your best


Note: All sessions will be online. Books are not included with registration. Books are available for purchase at The Yoga Center Retreat studio.

Yoga Meets ART

In partnership with The Yoga Center Retreat

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (CT)

In this online workshop, you will enjoy a gentle and restorative yoga practice that will incorporate art in the form of poetry and music. The workshop provides an opportunity for you to elevate your creative thinking and deepen your yoga practice.

As you are guided through a yoga practice, poetic and yogic poems will be recited and may be repeated as mantra. You will receive an offering of music and movement in a way that creates space for reflection and self-exploration.

During this workshop you will also discover how to move joyfully and foster the mind-body connection through pranayama and meditation.
Bring your mat, journal/notebook, writing utensils and props (ex: blankets, bolsters, blocks) that will assist in providing a supported, comfortable and artful experience.
